TEDROS, Architects, Engineers and Planners (Ethiopia) which was founded since 1961 having offices and associations with other practices in Kenya, Malawi, Uganda, and Zimbabwe. G. TEARE is the major shareholder of the office in Ethiopia, The firm is a founding member of Federation of African Consultants (FEAC) and has been approved as Consultant for projects financed by the African Development Bank (ADB), European Economic Commission (EEC), The World Bank (IBRD), The UN (ECA, ILO, ITT, WHO), The Lutheran World Federation (LWF), The Catholic Mission, The Swedish International Development Agency (SIDA), and the Embassies of the following countries in Ethiopia: Belgium, Canada, Indonesia, Kenya, Sweden, Tanzania, UK, USA, former USSR, and the Republic of Yemen.

Ltd.Co, (ERITREA) was established and legally registered in 1992 In Asmara, Eritrea after being certified by the Ministry of Public Works (MOPW) The State of Eritrea. The practice continues to provide the broad spectrum of professional expertise necessary for multidisciplinary building and engineering project an international scale, augmented by specialist consultants from a wide network of contacts.
